Executive Assistant / Administrative Assistant

About the Role
Lischerong Enterprises are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support business operations and leadership. This dynamic role requires exceptional communication, prioritization, and follow-through skills, acting as a first point of contact and ensuring key initiatives move forward smoothly.
This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to influence workflow, communication, and client experience across multiple ventures. Confidentiality is a must—an NDA will be required across all business and personal support activities.
Key Responsibilities
General Administrative Support
- Serve as gatekeeper for incoming communication—email, calls, and messages
- Coordinate scheduling, calendars, and basic correspondence
- Track to-dos, follow-ups, and key deadlines
- Organize digital files, contacts, and internal systems
- Support cross-functional team communication and accountability
- Assist with meeting prep, light research, and note-taking
Primary Focus
This role will largely focus on improving operations and client experience at Lischerong Enterprises. The right candidate will have opportunities to grow into greater ownership depending on interest and capacity.
Inbox Management
- Triage incoming emails and handle low-complexity responses
- Keep inboxes clear so leadership can focus on strategic tasks
Calendar & Scheduling
- Own scheduling and protect against double bookings
- Serve as the central point for coordinating meetings and calls
Call Center Oversight
- Act as a virtual receptionist, routing calls from clients, vendors, and partners
- Improve visibility and responsiveness between departments
Dear Systems Automation
- Help optimize backend operations via Dear (ERP)
- Notify clients of production timelines and order status
- Support internal transparency with reporting and system updates
Client Onboarding & Coordination
- Track all new client communications and help consolidate onboarding info
- Track production timelines
Lischerong Enterprises & Personal Support
This will be a smaller part of the role, with room to grow based on bandwidth.
- Occasional admin support for business development and project coordination
- Travel and logistics support
- Help maintain organized records and files
Who You Are
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
- Skilled at juggling multiple priorities with calm and confidence
- Strong written and verbal communicator
- Comfortable using digital tools and backend platforms
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments
- Interested in learning more about food production, logistics, and consumer goods
Preferred Experience
- 2+ years in executive support, admin, or operations roles
- Experience working with small business owners, founders, or C-suite executives
- Familiarity with tools like Grasshopper, Dear, Google Workspace, and productivity platforms
- Based in or near Beaufort, Bluffton, or Charleston (remote candidates also considered)
